Canadian customers of Ikea in Toronto, Ottawa, and Montreal walked away with free furniture late last week. They were able to take Klackbo chairs and Lack shelves and tables. Customers were waiting in the cold and rain just to get some free furniture.
Ikea in Western Canadian cities including Calgary, Edmonton, and Vancouver also gave away free furniture for their customers. $50,000 worth of furniture was expected to be given away by Ikea.
